Someone who brings creativity, strategic thinking and an analytical mindset to social media.

You know what gets attention, what’s changing and how brands can use social media to drive real results. Just as importantly, you understand that social is a powerful advertising channel. You’re comfortable developing creative concepts and content trends one minute, then digging into targeting, campaign performance and KPIs the next.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll own organic and paid social efforts across multiple client accounts, developing strategies that connect strong creative ideas with measurable business goals.

Lead social media strategy and execution for assigned clients with a focus on building brands and driving performance
Develop strategies that connect client goals with the right platforms, audiences, content and paid media approach
Collaborate with account, creative, media and digital teams
Stay current on platform updates, emerging trends, new tools and changing best practices
Bring new ideas and opportunities to the table
Manage multiple client accounts, priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality of work

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
3–5+ years experience managing social media for businesses, brands and/or agency clients
Hands-on experience building and managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest
A strong understanding of social platforms, audiences, content formats and best practices
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use performance data to inform strategy and optimization
Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to move between distinctly different brand voices
Strong creative instincts and an eye for effective content
Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to keep multiple clients and projects moving at once
A collaborative mindset, positive attitude and willingness to bring ideas to the table
A drive to create undeniable work for our clients and our agency
