With a team of 30+ creatives, strategists, and media professionals, we partner with national, regional, and local clients to build brands and deliver memorable, performance-driven campaigns.

THE ROLE

The Designer supports our team by producing high-quality, brand-driven design across a wide range of client campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative director, art directors, copywriters, and account teams to bring ideas to life across print, digital, social, web, and experiential platforms.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is excited to grow their craft while contributing to meaningful, high-profile work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design brand and campaign components across multiple mediums
• Execute creative concepts within ongoing campaigns and brand systems
• Collaborate with with creative and account teams 
• Translate client and account team requests into effective visual solutions
• Produce polished, high-quality creative that meets brand and strategic goals
• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout all stages of production
• Contribute to the continued growth and creative excellence of the agency

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, print, outdoor, social media, web, display
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Figma is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with writers, strategists, video editors, social media specialists, digital marketers, and account managers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Solid understanding of best design practices across print, OOH, and digital media
