THE ROLE
Davis Ad Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized Account Coordinator to join our team. If you’re looking to launch your career in advertising and have a knack for organization, communication and keeping things on track, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll work closely with our account management, creative, media, social and digital teams to help bring client campaigns to life. From coordinating projects and managing timelines to supporting client communications, you’ll play an important role in keeping great work moving forward.
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day client communications and account activities
- Coordinate projects from kickoff through production and launch
- Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules and deliverables
- Work closely with creative, media, social, digital and production teams to keep projects on track
- Assist with campaign planning, research and reporting
- Help prepare client presentations, meeting agendas and status updates
- Track project progress, communicate updates and follow up on outstanding items
- Support event coordination, campaign launches and other client initiatives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Positive attitude, high energy and a desire to learn
- A genuine interest in advertising, marketing and creative work
- Previous internship or relevant experience preferred
